Ms. Seabrooks graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s Degree
in Management. She has managed several restaurant and retail establishments.
During her career, she always made certain that her staff saw her
passion for exceptional customer service, because she believes,
without it, any business can fail.

Ms. Strong received an undergraduate degree from the University
of Wisconsin—Stevens Point. She received a graduate degree
from Alverno College in Adult Education with an emphasis in Instructional
Design and Organizational Development. She is currently pursuing
a PhD in Education in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning
and Service at Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She has over
15 years experience in customer service and over 10 years in developing
training programs. She understands the need for analysis, adult
learning theories and results driven training.
